You can delete your account and its data in any of our apps at any time. Deleting cannot be undone.
In the app
- RioStudio: Me → Account → Delete account
- RioSport Tennis: Live Scores: Profile → Delete account
- RioSport Football: Profile → Delete account
- RioTalk: Settings → Delete account
RioPDF Tools has no accounts: your documents stay on your device and are removed when you delete the app.
Deleting an account removes your profile, sign-in identities and the content linked to it, as each app's privacy section describes. It does not cancel a subscription; cancel it with Apple or Google Play.
No longer have the app?
Email info@rioreply.app with the subject "Delete my data", the app's name and whatever identifies your data (the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, or an install ID if you saved one). We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the data within 30 days and reply when it is done.
