Subscriptions and refunds
Purchases are made through Apple or Google. Cancel a subscription on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or on Android in the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google Play. If a purchase isn't showing, use Restore Purchases in the app.
